MAX Assist


The initial direction for the MAX Employment Disability Employment Services (DES) mobile application was to develop a native iPhone application that provides an emergency contact request mechanism for DES clients.
The Application provides a method for DES clients to contact MAX Employment quickly when they are not sure about something and urgently need advice, particularly when in the post placement support phase of the process.
Currently, MAX Employment successfully supports 50% of DES clients through to 26 weeks post placement. By providing this application to DES clients, MAX Employment aims to improve this percentage by giving their clients additional support and peace of mind that contact is only a button press away.

  1. Provides a method for requesting contact from MAX Employment Disability Employment Service.
  2. Ensuring the validity of the DES user and granting further access to only DES approved users.
  3. Custom built web service module that enables the transmission of emails without interaction from the user.
  4. A simple interface that caters to the majority of the target audience.
  5. A robust basis that allows for future enhancement of the product to meet the needs of other business units and client requirements.
